Coach Haslinda has been weight training since she was 36 years old . Mastering the backsquat best practice, form and techniques took years of consistent training and lower body conditioning . Today she is ready to conduct her first workshop on fundamentals of lifting with special focus on Backsquats . If you have some weight training background and you have no leg injuries or knee pain, this workshop is for you. Weekly sessions will be conducted on Sundays starting from 4th May .
